Buyer's agents (49%) also stated that staging increases the dollar value offered, while Seller's agents (62%) say that staging decreases the amount of time a home spends on the market.

A staging consultation begins with a walk through the home where we will assess your property and offer recommendations to ready it for listing. A written report will be provided for your use as a checklist to complete all items discussed.

We offer hands-on assistance with completing many of the tasks suggested in the staging report. This may require a whole or a half day, depending on how much help you need/want. Or you may only need a few hours prior to your photo shoot to ensure that your home is picture perfect!
